Branden founded AoA to bring positive change, advocate for athletes, and spread the Gospel through NIL representation. Sports have been a passion for Branden for as long as he can remember. 

Branden spent the early part of his career working at 3M, Deloitte, and Oracle in sales, go to market strategy consulting, and contract negotiation roles. While working in corporate America, Branden began covering college basketball in a media capacity and fell in love with the business of sports. 

When NIL legalized in 2021, God quickly revealed to Branden the need for missional representation in the industry. For the next few years, Branden built a strategy, network, and partnerships to hit the ground running upon founding AoA.

Branden is married with two children, a daughter and a son.
