AoA sources and reviews brand partnership agreements for athletes. We know that every athlete has a personal brand, and every brand is looking for dedicated partners. AoA's goal is to ensure that athlete-brand partnerships are a natural fit and fairly compensated.

AoA recognizes the only constant in the NIL industry is change. We are committed to ensuring our athletes, families, brand partners, and university partners are up to date on the latest in NIL policy.

AoA deeply believes in the importance of financial literacy for our athletes. We do not seek to represent our athletes in a vacuum; so we have partnered with a number of financial advisory and financial management firms that focus on college athletes. AoA's network is your network.

AoA ensures its athletes are cared for holistically. We feel that each athlete's needs outside of representation are unique. AoA's goal is to provide spiritual mentorship and support where we can and plug our athletes in with resources where we may not be the experts.
