Nick joined AoA because of his passion for sharing Christ's love and his desire to help athletes navigate their basketball journey.

Nick has spent his 10+ year career in Front Office roles with the Houston Rockets, the University of Tennessee, and the University of Houston. For the last five years, he focused specifically on raising NIL funding by working with donors, which gave him a firsthand understanding of how impactful the athlete and agent relationship can be.

Having spent years watching athletes navigate the recruitment process and the collegiate journey that follows, Nick recognized a need for agents who operate with AoA's core values: transparency, trust, and integrity. That belief ultimately led him to AoA.

Outside of work, Nick enjoys golfing, traveling, watching college sports, and trying new restaurants with his wife, Allison.
